Dear all participants, parents and carers,

Thank you for your ongoing understanding and support these past few months.

NSW health have now released information to disability providers and the next steps we need to take in order to return delivering group activities.

As per the link below
https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/…/disability-support.aspx

NSW Health have stated all those attending a day program, including staff, should be fully vaccinated. Some activities may not be possible for unvaccinated staff and clients attending day programs. This advice is in line with the Reopening NSW roadmap which only permits vaccinated people to participate in the easing of restrictions.

Where participants are not fully vaccinated providers are encouraged to continue to provide flexible options including online service delivery, individual activities and avoid group interactions.

In preparation to reopen on the 18th of October 2021 in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven and Macarthur region, we kindly ask all participants who are double vaccinated to start preparing their covid 19 vaccination certificates so we can sight these on your arrival.

If you have only received your 1st dose, you are unvaccinated or not ready to return, we will continue to deliver online zoom sessions and deliver 1:1 support funded under your NDIS plan.

We will continue to implement our Covid 19 safety plan, including access to masks, hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes.

If you are double vaccinated and would like to return to attending group programs including SLES on the 18th please reply to this message and confirm if you will need transport.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the above please do not hesitate to make contact.

We are so looking forward to you all returning.

Many thanks
Flagstaff Life Choices Team
