Flagstaff’s qualified personal trainers are experienced Support Facilitators. The fitness team understand the traditional barriers people with disabilities face at gyms and take a holistic approach to physical health with supportive care.
About Our Program
Flagstaff’s purpose-built accessible exercise facilities boast state-of-the-art exercise equipment in the Illawarra, Macarthur and Shoalhaven. People can attend at our onsite exercise facility or engage in a community based activity where our qualified personal trainers work with you to deliver individualised training needs to your specifications.

Fitness training rooms have been specifically designed with accessibility and education in mind for group classes and one-on-one sessions.
If fitness is your goal, let Flagstaff help you. Individual fitness sessions can be held in either
training rooms or at an indoor or outdoor place of your choice. Flagstaff’s qualified trainers can explore workouts that target movement, upper body, lower body, core, cardio and flexibility. Personalised fitness classes are created to focus on achieving specific goals and to complement existing health care plans provided by your team of therapists. Offering indoor and outdoor group classes, group activities help to motivate each individual and
bring fun to your fitness. Bring a friend or meet new friends and achieve your fitness goals.
Everyone needs to take time to concentrate on mental wellbeing. At Flagstaff we take mental health seriously and offer supports and resources to help you in this space by offering the following: Tai Chi, Meditation, Breathing Exercises, Sensory Tools. Get involved in a session that can build your strength and capability and provide ways to help you deal with stress, high anxiety or difficult situations.
