Learning and Development

Flagstaff prioritizes the learning and development of our team members and offer a wide range of training and development programs. These include the E-Train NDS Learning Academy, an online learning platform tailored to the disability sector, as well as general training on specific job-related and workplace health and safety topics.

Traineeships

Flagstaff’s successful traineeship program provides career pathways for current and new employees. Trainees work with assigned mentors to achieve their employment goals and progress within the organisation.

Introducing Neel
Paper to Paper Manager

Neel started with Flagstaff as a marketing intern from the University of Wollongong over ten years ago and was offered a full-time marketing role after he showed great enthusiasm and knowledge.  As someone who has always wanted to learn, find ways to improve processes and expand opportunities, Neel progressed in various marketing and sales positions at Flagstaff and is currently the Manager of Flagstaff Paper to Paper.

Work Placement

Flagstaff welcomes students completing a Certificate IV Disability Support for work placement in our Life Choices division.  Contact the People and Culture team on 4272 0222 to register your interest.
