What You Will Be Doing?
As a Process Worker, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team, working across a variety of areas depending on your interests and strengths. Entry level jobs include:
- Laundry Services – sorting, folding and preparing linen for clients
- Paper to Paper Recycling – helping process and collect recyclable materials
- Print and Mail Services – hand production, folding, packing and helping the printers
- Group Services - gardening and outdoor maintenance, commercial cleaning and light engineering skills
Flagstaff offers full training and support will be provided every step of the way and have trained job coaches and systems in place to support all abilities.

Your employment will be in line with the Supported Employment Services Award (SESA). Wages are based on award rates and individual productivity assessments, in line with supported employment arrangements. An individual job coach is available if your plan permits.
