Flagstaff’s Dietitian, Natalie, holds a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics and is also a certified personal trainer. As part of the Health, Fitness, and Wellbeing Team, she works with participants in one-on-one, group, and family sessions.
More than just providing nutrition advice, Natalie empowers individuals with practical skills, including grocery shopping, meal preparation, dining in versus eating out, and budgeting. Her approach makes healthy eating enjoyable, accessible, and affordable—without requiring drastic lifestyle changes.
Natalie supports participants across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Macarthur regions.
