Do you know somebody who needs a lawn care service?

These Terms and Conditions govern the “Refer a Friend” promotion offered by The Flagstaff Group for their Ground Maintenance promotion. By participating in the Promotion, both the Referrer (the person referring a friend) and the Referred Friend agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is valid from 1/10/2024 to 31/1/2024. The Flagstaff Group reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

• The Promotion is open to current customers of The Flagstaff Group who are in good standing and have a current ground maintenance service agreement.
• Referrals must be new customers who have not previously contracted services with The Flagstaff Group.
• Staff/Employees of The Flagstaff Group, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

• To participate, the Referrer must submit the name, contact information, and consent of the Referred Friend to when participating in the sign up for the program.
• The Referred Friend must sign up for an ongoing ground maintenance services and maintain the service for at least two month to qualify.

• The Referrer will receive one free standard service after the Referred Friend successfully signs a service agreement and maintains services for a minimum of two months.
• The Referred Friend may also receive one free standard service.
• There is no limit to the number of friends that can be referred, but each referral must meet the eligibility criteria.

• The Referrer and Referred Friend must be located within the Illawarra between Austinmer Kiama Downs and within the Shoalhaven between Berry and Sussex Inlet.
• The Referred Friend must mention the referral at the time of booking.
• Rewards will be issued within two months of the Referred Friend completing the qualifying service period.

• Self-referrals are not allowed.
• Only one Referrer is eligible for a reward per Referred Friend. If multiple Referrers refer the same friend, the reward will go to the Referrer who submitted the referral first, as determined by Flagstaff’s records.
• Referrals of individuals or companies already in ground maintenance service agreements  with the Flagstaff Group for services are not eligible for rewards.

• The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all referrals and to refuse or cancel any referral or reward at its sole discretion.
• Fraudulent referrals or any behaviour deemed by Flagstaff to violate the spirit of the Promotion will result in disqualification.

• By participating, both the Referrer and Referred Friend agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Promotion, in accordance with the Flagstaff Groups Privacy Policy.

• Flagstaff reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Company’s website or directly to participants.
