The Flagstaff Group is a proud Australian Disability Enterprise dedicated to providing life-changing support and meaningful employment opportunities for people with a disability. Located in the Illawarra and the Shoalhaven, Flagstaff operates a diverse range of business divisions that offer unique pathways for employment, skills development, and specialized training programs.

Originally formed in 1966 with a deeply rooted social purpose, Flagstaff has spent the last six decades breaking down barriers. Over these 60 years, hundreds of sustainable employment opportunities have been created through our various divisions and training frameworks. By fostering a positive, inclusive, and deeply supportive culture, Flagstaff proudly employs over 200 people with disabilities today.
