Where is Flagstaff located? Our main head office is in Unanderra (Wollongong), but we operate across multiple sites in the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and Macarthur regions, including North Nowra, Port Kembla, and Smeaton Grange.
Is Flagstaff a charity? Yes, Flagstaff is a not-for-profit Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) and a registered charity. All profits are reinvested back into the organization to enhance our support programs and create more jobs for people with disabilities.

What commercial services does Flagstaff offer? We provide high-quality business-to-business services including:
Print, Mail & Digital: Commercial printing, braille, and mailing house services.
Commercial Laundry: Specialist linen and glove laundering services.
Paper to Paper: Secure document destruction and recycling (cardboard, paper, soft plastics).
Group Services: Grounds maintenance, commercial cleaning, and light manufacturing (bottling, assembly, and sewing).

What is the “Inclusion Tick of Approval”? This is part of our Disability Inclusion & Training (DID) division. It acknowledges that your organization has completed specific modules and audits to ensure you are “disability friendly” and accessible to both staff and customers.
Do you provide disability etiquette training for other businesses? Yes. We offer training modules designed to help businesses improve their customer service for people with disabilities and create more inclusive work environments.
