Resurfacing of the front car park and eastern driveway at 254 Nolan Street Unanderra will take place from Tuesday the 30th of July 2024. Works are expected to conclude by 19 August 2024.

- The eastern driveway and site exit will be closed
- The front carpark will not be accessible
- Fine Foods customers are welcome to park in the temporary drop off/pickup zone (image four pictured below) from 8:30am – 3:00pm. Call the Fine Foods office on 4272 0270 and arrange for your order to be delivered to your car or come into the main reception area to collect your order
- There will be a temporary worker drop off and pick up zone on the western side of the building
- Site entry and exit will temporarily be from the existing western driveway (currently the entry driveway)
- Staff parking will be extremely limited for the duration of the project
- The existing walkway for workers from the building to the Nolan Street bus zones will not be impacted
Safety First
- Pedestrians always have right of way in both designated and non-designated walkways
- Motorists leaving the drop off/pickup area should use caution and give way to any vehicles that are entering or exiting
- Please drive with caution at 5kph or less
