Work within a team to effectively support and deliver programs to NDIS participants ensuring their achievements of individual goals are met.

About the role:

In this role you will promote quality support services and coordinate the delivery of programs for Participants. Working collaborative with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will be providing support to the Support & Service Delivery Manager.

You will successfully develop and maintain quality relationships with program participants, their parents and carers and will proactively contribute to the achievement of individual goals and outcomes.

What we are looking for:

Genuine desire to provide the best quality support for people with a disability;

Excellent communication and proven computer skills;

Plan, schedule and conduct individual and/or group meetings for potential or existing participants and/or their parents/carers to engage in Flagstaff supports;

  • Drivers license Class ‘C’ and access to a reliable/registered and insured vehicle;
  • Cleared National Police Check;
  • Cleared Working with Children Check;
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate;
