Job Overview

A newly created position is now available for a Talent Requisition Trainee who will partner with the People & Culture Team in recruitment, learning and development, employee administration, systems administration and lead our service recognition program.
What you will bring to the role:

  • Willing to complete Certificate IV Business Administration;
  • Approachable and professional, with solid problem-solving and organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team;
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective people relationship;
  • Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and platforms;

Role Requirements:

  • Recruitment - updating recruitment systems, scheduling interviews, facilitating the employment offer process and contract management,
  • Employee administration – as it relates to onboarding, employee exits, updating employee records;
  • Workplace health and safety reporting;
  • Learning and Development – facilitate employee inductions, maintain employee training records;
