Job Overview A newly created position is now available for a Talent Requisition Trainee who will partner with the People & Culture Team in recruitment, learning and development, employee administration, systems administration and lead our service recognition program.What you will bring to the role: Willing to complete Certificate IV Business Administration; Approachable and professional, with solid problem-solving and organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines; Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team; Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective people relationship; Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and platforms; Role Requirements: Recruitment - updating recruitment systems, scheduling interviews, facilitating the employment offer process and contract management, Employee administration – as it relates to onboarding, employee exits, updating employee records; Workplace health and safety reporting; Learning and Development – facilitate employee inductions, maintain employee training records; How to Apply: Apply on our website.
