Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Support Coordination Team. The ideal individual will be a creative thinker and possess problem solving skills with a sound knowledge of funded and unfunded supports in the local area to oversee support coordination in accordance with participants’ NDIS plans. You will bring high energy and initiative to the role, and you will be able to communicate effectively with our clients and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate:

  • Someone who share ours our core values – Support, Include, Lead and Celebrate
  • Knowledge of “Reasonable and Necessary” criteria (NDIS legislation) and a working Knowledge of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in interpreting and implementing individual NDIS plans.
  • Proven experience in record keeping including an ability to maintain confidentiality and security of information.
  • Driver’s licence or ability to provide transport to NDIS participants.
