If you have a genuine desire to commence work in the food industry and start building your career as a Supply Chain Operator our highly skilled and qualified Fine Foods Division would like to hear from you.

To be successful It's important you're willing to learn and develop your skills over this traineeship by working across multiple divisions and have a good attitude and strong work ethic. You will be willing to work as part of an experienced team, under close supervision and also at times independently. You must be committed to completing a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.

You will be rewarded with:

• Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations
• Full-time employment for 2 years with the possibility of gaining full time employment at completion of the Traineeship
• Paid full-time wages
• 4 weeks annual leave per year
• PPE and uniform provided
• Tools all provided on the job
• Ongoing coaching, mentoring and support with qualified professionals in the workplace

In addition, you will;

• Able to meet all Trainee obligations under the Trainee agreement, including the ability to complete a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations as part of the traineeship;
• The ability to operate independently, effectively and professionally with limited supervision;
• Sound literacy and computer skills, specifically in relation to the Microsoft Office suite of programs;
• Problem solving skills
• An upbeat, ‘can do’ attitude that drives you to challenge yourself and those around you;
• Current NSW Drivers Licence;
• Eligible to immediately work in Australia without sponsorship

Desirable:

• Experience interacting with a Person with a Disability (socially or professionally)
