Flagstaff successfully operates production based business divisions in five main industries; Print & Mail, Food, Laundry, Waste Management and Light Engineering. 

The Opportunity

To assist in the continuing growth of our business divisions Flagstaff is looking for an energetic person with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.  Your skills, expertise and experience in a warehouse environment with a high level of computer knowledge and application will see you succeed in this role.

As the successful applicant, you will possess the following Essential Criteria:

  • Safety first: actively contribute to a workplace culture where WHS are given the highest priority in all activities
  • A level of physical fitness that will allow you to undertake physical & manual handling activities throughout the division and a willingness to undertake such activities;
  • Lead coach and motivate your team to diligently support operational excellence/ continuous improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in production planning in a warehouse environment
  • Sound computer skills including MS Office suite and experience maintaining a computerised documentation system relating to production, quality and dispatch
  • Ability to operate independently, effectively and professionally with limited supervision
  • Sound literacy & numeracy skills;
  • Ability to rapidly learn & understand task requirements;
  • Forklift Certificate (or the capacity & willingness to obtain the qualification)
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or the capacity & willingness to obtain the qualification), and the capacity & willingness to act as a workplace first aid officer
  • Hold a current NSW Driver’s Licence and produce a driving record that demonstrates a safe driving record (if requested);
