Successful applicant, you will possess the following Essential Criteria:

  • Motivated, results driven and a self-starter;
  • Shared Ethos: You only see ability;
  • Fast learner;
  • Previous food or FMCG industry experience.
  • Experience in use of quality systems (HACCP experience would be ideal)

The Role:

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Undertake all aspects of food production;

  • Ensure sufficient materials to meet production targets are maintained;

  • Working in a controlled environment with set temperatures of 3 degrees & strict Food Safety regulations;

  • Ensure any required stock control and/or sales reporting requirements are met;

  • Ensure consistent quality & quantity standards are maintained;

  • Ensure high levels of customer service are consistently maintained;

  • Proactively drive quality and safety standards with all other team members;
