The Opportunity We are seeking an energetic & hands on Production Manager with experience to lead a team of staff and Participants in the quality control, production & distribution of commercial laundry services. The role provides overall management & leadership to the Laundry division located in North Nowra. The Role: Reporting to Laundry Services Manager, the key responsibilities for this role include: Ensure that Participants are consistently managed & supervised consistent with Flagstaff’s values and culture; Provide effective leadership, support & motivation to multi-tasked teams to achieve budget, performance, productivity & safety targets; Direct and coordinate business activities & measures in all areas under your control to obtain optimum efficiencies and economy of operations and maximise profits; Manage supply agreements and maximise supplier relations; Develop, maintain and record routine maintenance program; Ensure you have personal performance ‘Key Performance Indicators’ (KPI’s) negotiated with your Manager. Renegotiate KPI’s as required to meet business demands.
