In relation to the wearing of face masks, the NSW Government has announced some restrictions for Greater Sydney, Central Coast and Wollongong; and Flagstaff’s business operations in the Illawarra are within the Wollongong zone.

Although there are a few exceptions, generally, people who enter or work in a Flagstaff division in the Illawarra are not required to wear a mask at this time.

That said, face masks are required (a) in the Fine Foods office/sales area (b) for some personal (e.g. one on one) supports and (c) if you are being transported anywhere in a Flagstaff bus (regardless of the bus size).

Customers who attend the Fine Foods sales are required to wear a mask at all times and staff in that area will also wear a mask when interacting with anyone who attends the sales area.

For anyone in the Illawarra receiving personal supports (for example one health & fitness supports), the need for a face mask may also apply and this information should already have been provided to those Participants.

For anyone being transported anywhere in a Flagstaff bus (regardless of the bus size), the driver and all passengers must wear a mask.

Of course, everyone must comply with any mask wearing requirements if they are at locations other than Flagstaff and you can get more information, including a full list of premises wear face masks are compulsory by visiting the NSW Government COVID-19 website at www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19
