Is Flagstaff a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. The Flagstaff Group Ltd is a fully registered NDIS provider operating under full NDIS registration and compliance standards, and charges in line with the official NDIS price guide.
Who does Flagstaff support?
We support NDIS participants living with intellectual disability, autism, physical disability, Down syndrome, mental health and psychosocial disability. Programs are personalised so each participant can work towards their own goals at their own pace.
What if I don't have an NDIS plan yet?
No problem. Our team can guide you through the process of applying for NDIS support, explain what evidence you'll need, and help you understand what supports could be funded once your plan is approved.
How is Flagstaff different from other providers?
Flagstaff is a not-for-profit social enterprise that has served the Illawarra and Shoalhaven since 1966. We employ 275+ people with disability in real jobs with real wages, and every dollar earned is reinvested into local programs rather than shareholder profits.
How much do Flagstaff's NDIS services cost?
All services are charged as directed by the official NDIS price guide, so costs are drawn from your NDIS plan funding in the standard way. Our team can walk you through exactly how your funding categories apply.
How quickly can supports start?
After you enquire, our NDIS team will contact you within one business day to arrange a chat. Once we've agreed on supports and completed a service agreement, most participants can begin within a couple of weeks.
