With this role, there is an element of on-the-job training required for the Trainee to complete their BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication qualification. The outcome of this training is for the Trainee to attain a nationally recognised certificate of competency and be well on their way to becoming a well-rounded marketing and communications professional. 

About You:

  • Able to meet all the Trainee obligations by completing a Certificate IV in Marketing & Communications;
  • Passion for fostering client relationships;
  • Demonstrated sound level of computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office suite programs;
  • Demonstrated strong planning, time management & prioritizing skills;
  • Ability to work after hours to attend events and with different starting and finishing times which may include weekends and or public holidays;
  • Ability to analyse  & present research information;
  • Ability to promote products & services;
  • Ability to review and implement customer service strategies;
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence;


  • Experience interacting with a Person with a Disability (socially or professionally)
  • Knowledge in marketing & sales;
  • Can demonstrate strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
