A unique program for students with a disability, providing access to work experience and vocational training in a supportive business environment.
Are you a senior school student thinking about the next steps when you leave school? What do you think you’ll want to do? Take a look at our Vocational Pathways program, it might be perfect for you.
Designed for high-school students Years 9-12
Flagstaff Vocational Pathways is a ‘school to work’ program offered to high school students. It provides work experience and vocational training, giving you an individually tailored path to transition into mainstream employment. It also provides an interesting learning environment because it divides training between classroom style learning and hands-on work placement. You have the opportunity to develop core work skills and receive support while working on jobs being done by Flagstaff employees.
Flagstaff works closely with schools in the region to identify suitable students who would benefit most from the program. We also continually adjust the program to appeal to students and ensure they receive the highest quality training and learning.
