We are looking for someone with a proven background in manufacturing in a commercial environment, to assist our South Nowra team in the production, processing & distribution of Flagstaff product.

As the successful applicant, you will possess the following Essential Criteria:

  • Experience working in a field that reflects an ability to undertake the   requirements and expectations of the role;
  • Current Driver’s Licence, and the ability to produce a driving record that demonstrates a safe driving history;
  • Mechanical aptitude demonstrated by recent experience recognising early signs of machinery wear or failure;
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and good practice;
  • Display familiarity in the use of core office software applications;
  • Awareness of Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements;

It would also be highly regarded if you possess the following Desirable Criteria:

  • First Aid Certificate desirable (or the capacity & willingness to obtain the qualification), and the capacity & willingness to act as a workplace first aid officer where requested;
  • Experience interacting with a Person with a Disability (socially or professionally);
  • Possess or willingness to obtain a forklift ticket;
  • Possess or willingness to obtain a heavy vehicle drivers licence;

The Role:

The key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Undertake all aspects of production, ensuring sufficient materials to meet production targets are maintained;
  • Maintain maintenance schedules and carry out scheduled maintenance within your level of training and ability;
  • Ensure consistent quality & quantity standards are maintained;
  • Coordinate and/or broadly oversee or supervise the work of others employed at a lower level;
