In the past 12 months of our son attending Flagstaff he has come alive immensely! The work that everyone person does with them is of high standard and engaging. From travel training to cooking in which our son loves, it has been amazing. Even in lockdown the zoom classes are engaging for everyone, and I love hearing the laughter from my son! Staff liaison with parents is very supportive and our meetings are more insightful than those I've had anywhere! Thanks to everyone for their support & encouragement.

Having to decide on the next step for our daughter Courtney when she finished high school was not the easiest of choices. She did a couple of trials at different organisations that provide a SLES program. With a lot of discussions with different people and with Courtney's teachers we went with the advice from one of her teachers. Flagstaff was the choice, and we haven't looked back since. Courtney has taken to the program extremely well. Gets involved in all the programs that Flagstaff provide. One of the things that I have loved about Flagstaff is their caring nature for all their participants and their communication. I am so pleased that I took the advice from her teacher. Flagstaff has been the right fit for Courtney and for us.

My daughter commenced the SLES program nearly a year ago. Within this time my daughter has developed new skills with the aid of Flagstaff. Being confident, developing new work skills such as completing CERT3 in hospitality under a supported environment and work experience. The SLES team are always only a phone call away for enquiries and any changes. The SLES coordinator provides quarterly meetings which help develop choice of what the SLES participant wants to achieve and the SLES team listen and develop programs to achieve this. My daughter is very happy to be attending SLES with the Flagstaff Group.

Flagstaff have been amazing for our daughter and us as a family, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming environment.

Daniel started the SLES program and day programs with Flagstaff is 2020. Choosing the right organisation was a major concern for us, however we are very happy that we chose Flagstaff.

Since starting we have noticed many positive changes in Daniel. He wakes up every day saying “yay today I have flagstaff”. He loves participating in all aspects of the program , especially the cooking and work experience.

Even through the tough lockdown periods the staff have found interesting ways to keep him engaged.

We have seen an enormous growth in Daniel and his confidence in his ability to actively engage with others in conversation.
