The Position:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance Division. The role’s purpose is to assist the team in keeping accounts accurate and up to date, you will be highly analytical and accurate with fine problem – solving skills. You will bring high energy and initiative to the role and you will be able to communicate effectively with our clients and key stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to work alongside our experienced team to establish your career with a growing reputable company

Some of the key tasks involve:

  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Registering invoices
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Processing client/customer payments
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Maintenance of company vehicles – (registration, insurance and tolling)
  • End of month supplier payment runs, processing of credit cards and fuel cards
  • The ability to assist with pay runs

The ideal candidate:

  • Someone who shares our core values – Support, Include, Lead and Celebrate
  • Someone who can act as a mentor to supported employees and provide guidance in the workplace where needed
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • A detail orientated numbers person
  • Previous experience in high workload accounts administration
