The Position:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance Division.

This is a maternity leave contract for approximately 12 months, working full-time Monday to Friday.

The role’s purpose is to assist the team in keeping accurate and up to date accounts, You will be highly analytical and  precise with fine problem – solving skills. You will bring high energy and initiative to the role, and you will be able to communicate effectively with our key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside our experienced team to establish your career with a growing reputable company.

Key tasks include:

  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Creating and registering Invoicing
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Processing client/customer payments
  • Petty cash reconciliation

The ideal candidate will  be:

  • Someone who shares our core values – Support, Include, Lead and Celebrate
  • Someone who can act as a mentor to supported employees and provide guidance in the workplace where needed
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • A detail orientated numbers person
  • Experienced in high workload accounts administration
