What is Disability Inclusion Discovery (diD)?

The Flagstaff Group offers disability awareness training programs and accessibility audits for businesses on the NSW South Coast.

Disability Inclusion Discovery (diD) is a multi-faceted program to examine and equip businesses and their workforce with inclusive language, behaviours and etiquette. This is a great way to enhance and increase customer service awareness around disability inclusion whilst enabling customers with a disability to be able to have physical and online access to that business.

Tailored to suit the organisation, the diD training program can be coupled with accessible environmental audits that can assist organisations who are seeking to implement pathways to employment for people with a disability.

Working one-on-one with an organisation, the training can be conducted to align with the needs of the business as every business is different. The flexibility of the diD training allows a business to go through a series of discovery sections that provide staff a roadmap to improve knowledge and encourage inclusion strategies within the workplace.
