With growth and succession planning in our team we are on the lookout for talented individuals . With support requirements varying across our different operations, this could mean working collaboratively with facilitators to deliver training to participants or providing both group and one on one supports , as well as assisting with capacity building programs run by Flagstaff.

Some key accountabilities

  • Increase capacity with assisting participants to be part of the community
  • Supporting participants in developing skills covering all aspects of personal development as defined by goals set in their individual plans.

As the successful applicant, you will possess the following Essential Selection Criteria:

  • Eligible to immediately work in Australia without sponsorship;
  • Completion of Quality, Safety and You module;
  • Relevant industry experience;
  • First Aid Certificate (or the capacity & willingness to obtain the qualification);
  • Hold, and continue to hold a clear Working with Children check;
  • Hold, and continue to hold, a current National Criminal History Check;
  • Hold, and continue to hold, a current NDIS Worker Clearance;
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence;
  • Evidence of Covid-19 Vaccination (two doses) & Booster
