Job Overview
As you undertake your Certificate IV Business Administration traineeship you will be working in the People & Culture team alongside HR and Safety professionals. You will gain practical experience working in both these areas.

In this role you will have the opportunity to assist the People & Culture team deliver quality HR support across the businesses, as well as foster our safe work place culture, support awareness programs and assist with incident & injury management. You will learn modern Industrial Relations processes & procedures and also develop & support safety management systems whilst undertaking key learnings through your accredited qualification training.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Willing to complete Certificate IV Business Administration;
  • Approachable and professional, with solid problem-solving and organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performing team;
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective people relationship;

Role Requirements:

  • Assist with recruitment – learn end to end recruitment process;
  • Employee administration – as it relates to on boarding, employee exits, updating employee records;
  • Assist with workplace health and safety reporting;
  • Learning & Development – assist with the facilitation of employee inductions;
  • Assist in creating and delivering work place awareness programs;
