The Position:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Fine Food Division.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, has a strong attention to detail and can work independently. As our first point of contact for customer enquiries, your acquired product knowledge and helpful attitude will build trusting relationships with our customers for the ultimate Flagstaff experience.
This is a fast-paced environment, previous administration skills are required and having knowledge in the Food Industry will be highly regarded. Daily you will be interacting with customers and stakeholders, you will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, have a keen eye for detail and be a great problem solver, as no one day is the same.

Key tasks include:

• Provide excellent customer service to potential and existing customers
• Maintain a high level of professional customer service throughout all levels of the business including enquiries, follow ups and or call backs, complaints and data entry
• Maintain documentation, including filing, in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensuring a high level of accuracy in all paper work, record keeping and/or data entry
• Liaison with suppliers
The ideal candidate will be:

• A detail orientated person;
• Possess excellent data entry and computers skills including Microsoft Office;
• Experienced in high workload administration
