An opportunity to join the iconic Flagstaff Print & Mail division now presents as we search for a talented organiser to facilitate the card processing section of the busy business division.

Reporting to the Print and Mail Services Manager, your role will be to coordinate the processing and dispatch of customer card products for one of our major government clients. A background in either warehousing or logistics will work in your favour and ultimately enable you to - accommodate the varying requirements of this role. You will be methodical and systematic in your approach to inventory control to ensure accurate recording.

Some of the selection criteria for this role include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Warehousing or Logistics or a minimum of two years’ experience in a relevant field;
  • Experience in coordinating processing and dispatch of large quantity orders
  • Experience in supervision of a team to meet targets;
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines;
  • Systematic, methodical work style and attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite to complete reports and maintain databases; 
  • Understanding of basic financial information and concepts and experience in controlling costs;
