The Flagstaff Group Limited (ABN 53 000 551 575) and its operating divisions ("Flagstaff") consider privacy to be an important right. To this end, Flagstaff is committed to pursuing world best practice policies and procedures in how it deals with customer and employee personal information. We will only collect personal information for specific purposes such as responding to enquiries, keeping customers informed of upcoming events and products and assisting us to improve our service to you. No personal information will be disclosed to other parties without your consent and you have the right to access and alter any personal information about you that Flagstaff may hold.

Flagstaff is committed to protecting and maintaining the privacy, accuracy and security of your personal information.

In some circumstances your personal information may be provided to us in the form of a database by a customer of Flagstaff who has contracted us to conduct database management and or mailing services on their behalf. In such cases we will seek formal assurances from the information supplier that the personal information has been collected, maintained, secured and will be disposed of in accordance with the Privacy Act.


Who will use your information?
We will not share, sell or trade your personal information to any non Flagstaff company or person.


Information security
We store personal information in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper based files. Only those employees of Flagstaff who perform services on your behalf and who are authorised to handle your information, will have access to your personal information. We will not retain any of your information for any longer than it is required by us, except to fulfil our legal obligations.


You have access to your personal information
Following a request, we will provide you with a copy of personal information which we hold about you in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act. We may charge a fee for retrieving information, however we will inform you of the fee before providing the information. Note that there are some circumstances set out in the Privacy Act where we may refuse your request.


Employee's records
Although employee records are considered exempt from the provisions of the Privacy Act, Flagstaff handles such records in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.


Comments or complaints
Flagstaff aims to ensure that your personal information is accurate and complete. Please contact us if you wish to access or revise your personal information or believe that the privacy of your personal information has been compromised. Your complaint will be managed and resolved through our internal complaints handling procedure.

From time-to-time we may provide links to third party sites from our website. Since we do not control these sites we encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these third party sites. Flagstaff is not responsible for any practices on linked websites that might breach your privacy.
