Our people
The Flagstaff Group’s workforce is dedicated and hard working.
The Group invests in skills development and training programs to ensure that all employees are given opportunities to develop their full potential.
Employees within the Group have a development plan which identifies employment and skill areas to focus on during the year. Because the Group is so diverse, we are able to offer employees opportunities to move between business divisions to experience new workplace environments and learn new skills.
