Posts are fully driveable and there’s no more welding or digging strainers. The Flagstaff strainer assembly slots neatly into a galvanised stay plate.

Strainer assemblies
Flagstaff strainer assemblies come as a complete unit that consists of the post, stay pipe and stay plate.

Strainer assemblies can be used as end or corner posts. Bolt on hinges are available to attach gates.

The assemblies don’t require drilling or welding,

The stay plates have a pressed indent to ensure an even load from the stay pipe. They come with a pointed end for easy driveability.

If your job is in difficult country or you need to adjust for ground movement, the Ezi-stay plate is what you need. The plate sits on the ground and is designed to fit the stay pipe with a simple push-in fitting. An adjustable threaded rod through the strainer post helps accommodate any future ground movement.


Strainer posts are available in 100mm, 125mm and 150mm diameters.
Stay plates measure 375mm x 375mm x 4mm thick.
Stay pipes are 3.25m in length.

Intermediate posts
Flagstaff’s intermediate posts have a unique point design, making them stronger and easier to drive. The posts arelightweight and do not split or crack when driven.

They come in 180cm or 210cm lengths.

Vandal intrusion posts
Flagstaff’s vandal intrusion posts are built to take heavy duty cable.

The posts will not burn and cannot be cut by chainsaws, making them an ideal choice to prevent access by vehicles and trail bikes.

The posts come in 150cm length and have a 102mm x 44mm cross section.

Gates and hinges
Flagstaff’s hot dipped galvanised gates and hinges are available to fit different post sizes.

The gates can be hinged to swing in any position and require no drilling or cutting.

Pickets and wire
Choose from hot dipped galvanised star pickets or black pickets.

Flagstaff can also supply plain and barbed wire, hinge, joint-site wire and tie wire.
